Careful preparation, quality sealcoating and straight lines make the difference on Southern Ohio driveways and lots.

Before & After

Drag the line.

A faded, weathered driveway is on the left and a freshly sealcoated driveway is on the right. Drag the line to compare the difference careful sealcoating makes.

Black, Lined and Open for Business

A deep black surface and crisp lines make a lot look well cared for from the street. Careful sealcoating and striping deliver that finish.

The Work Behind the Black

Good asphalt work is timing and discipline — prep before product, the right material at the right temperature, and a crew that finishes what it starts.

We complete a working property in sections so the business can stay open while sealcoating and striping are finished.

The Work

From inspection to finished lot.

  1. Weathered, cracked asphalt before repair and sealcoating
    Phase 1 · Assess

    Read the Surface

Every plan starts with what's really there: base condition, drainage paths, crack patterns, traffic wear. The site visit decides the scope — not a sales script.

  2. Hester crew member applying hot rubberized crack filler
    Phase 2 · Restore

    Fill & Seal

Cracks get hot rubberized filler and the whole surface gets commercial grade sealer — in one sequenced visit wherever possible.

  3. Finished lot with fresh yellow striping
    Phase 3 · Finish

    Stripe & Open

We chalk the layout, stripe stalls and lanes by machine and check the signage. The lot goes back to work on the schedule we promised.
